Lead the comprehensive social media operations for a direct-to-consumer oral health brand, encompassing strategy development, team leadership, creator collaborations, and performance-driven growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement social strategies across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, including content roadmaps tied to product releases and campaigns, while managing posting, engagement, and data-informed adjustments.
  • Establish and maintain the brand’s voice in all social content, simplify scientific oral health information for audiences, develop internal guidelines for creators and staff, and ensure uniformity in advertising, organic posts, influencer work, and educational materials.
  • Design and expand a creator initiative, craft effective briefs for high-impact results, foster ongoing partnerships, evaluate user-generated content for improved engagement and conversions, and coordinate with paid media for successful ad adaptations.
  • Assemble and oversee the social media team, including in-house and freelance members, establish standard operating procedures for content creation, editing, distribution, and analytics, introduce scalable workflows, and mentor juniors on branding and communication.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as engagement, retention, shares, and revenue impact, pinpoint effective content types for amplification, integrate organic successes into paid campaigns, and achieve growth in audience size, interaction, and sales.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years managing social media for direct-to-consumer, ecommerce, or consumer brands
  • Demonstrated success in expanding Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video channels
  • Background in collaborating with user-generated content creators and influencers
  • Expertise in short-form content tactics including hooks, narratives, and viewer retention
  • Proficiency in planning monthly content schedules and campaign rollouts
  • Skill in evaluating social metrics like engagement rates, watch times, saves, shares, and click-through rates
  • Capacity to recognize high-performing content and adapt rapidly
  • Experience partnering with paid media to convert organic content into advertisements
  • Excellent copywriting and narrative abilities
