Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years managing social media for DTC, ecommerce, or consumer brands
  • Proven growth on Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video platforms
  • Experience with UGC creators and influencers
  • Strong grasp of short-form content tactics including hooks, storytelling, and retention
  • Proficiency in planning monthly content calendars and campaigns
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools like Later, Hootsuite, Sprout, or native platforms
  • Skill in analyzing metrics such as engagement rate, watch time, saves, shares, and CTR
  • Ability to spot and iterate on successful content quickly
  • Collaboration with paid media to adapt organic content for ads
