Specialist role focused on managing and scaling Meta advertising campaigns for high-ticket home-improvement clients, with direct ownership of performance, client relationships, and eventual team leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns across approximately 10 active client accounts
- Build, test, and iterate on lead-generation funnels, video sales letters, and booked-call systems
- Own client relationships through weekly reporting calls and delivery of actionable insights
- Collaborate with founders on high-converting ad creative, hooks, and messaging
- Monitor budgets, pacing, and delivery to maintain optimal ROI and funnel economics
- Document processes and systems to support future onboarding of junior team members
- Proactively diagnose underperforming metrics and implement solutions independently
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing $30k–$100k+ monthly Meta ad spend across multiple accounts
- Direct experience in home services, home improvement, or contractor verticals
- Deep understanding of high-ticket, considered-purchase sales cycles and lead quality optimization
- Track record of scaling Meta campaigns profitably using structured testing methodologies
- Ability to lead client calls independently and handle challenging performance discussions
- Strong analytical skills with capacity to translate complex data into concise executive summaries
- Mentorship experience or background reviewing work of junior media buyers
- Availability for significant overlap with EST/CST business hours
- Experience specifically within the insulation or HVAC niche
- Advanced knowledge of CRM integration and lead-tracking attribution
- Background in copywriting or creative direction for direct-response video ads
