Oversee Graza’s organic social media strategy to increase brand awareness, affinity, and cultural relevance through content, campaigns, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development of social-first content, series, and campaigns aligned with brand moments and seasonal priorities
  • Drive brand awareness and relevance via a content strategy blending entertainment with educational storytelling
  • Define monthly priorities across Instagram, TikTok, and new channels while collaborating with the content producer and brand team
  • Oversee social content strategy and calendar planning, including owned, brand-collaboration, and influencer content
  • Develop and execute larger social-focused brand partnerships
  • Partner on episodic and longer-form content series to boost reach and engagement
  • Support content concepting, filming, and editing for brand alignment
  • Manage publishing across all brand accounts and platforms
  • Align social initiatives with influencer partnerships and extend impact across other marketing channels
  • Lead social community strategy, partnering with the Community Manager on digital and IRL activations
  • Insert Graza into cultural conversations through content, partnerships, and community engagement
  • Manage and optimize monthly social content budget aligned with seasonal priorities
  • Deliver monthly performance reporting and insights for cross-functional visibility

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in social/content/influencer space with at least 2 years in-house at a consumer brand
  • Strong point of view on standout social programs and deep understanding of platform engagement drivers
  • Experience managing monthly social/content budgets with resourcefulness
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Creative yet strategic thinker with the ability to propose and justify big ideas
  • Collaborative team player
  • Preferred: 1+ year of people management experience
  • Preferred: Proficiency in social-native content creation and video editing
