The Assistant Marketing Manager, Global Social, will lead the development and execution of Love, Bonito’s international social media strategy, drive audience growth and engagement on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, serve as the brand’s social guardian, collaborate with regional teams, and optimize performance to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy with content planning and storytelling for organic channels including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Plan global social media calendars using a consumer-focused, data-informed method.
- Manage daily operations on social platforms, including timely posting and audience engagement.
- Create and execute social content in line with brand guidelines, partnering with creative, copywriting, and regional marketing teams.
- Handle community management by responding to interactions and building audience relationships.
- Coordinate social activations such as IG Lives and giveaways.
- Track, analyze, and report social performance using tools like Falcon IO and Tableau, while testing and refining content, visuals, and copy.
- Build and mentor a compact global social marketing team.
- Oversee the Social Centre of Excellence to guide regional teams toward brand consistency and target achievement.
- Collaborate with headquarters marketing to promote campaigns socially and maintain stakeholder alignment on initiatives.
