Senior role for a hands-on social content creator focused on producing premium short-form video and still content for TikTok and Instagram within the beauty and wellbeing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept, shoot and edit platform-native short-form video and photography for TikTok and Instagram, balancing performance goals with elevated brand storytelling
• Plan and manage small-scale social shoots from shot lists and creator coordination through to final content delivery
• Transform campaign briefs, product launches, retail activations and cultural trends into distinctive content
• Appear on camera and direct talent and creators when required
• Build and manage a creator and UGC partner pipeline, including briefing, contracting and ongoing relationship management
• Monitor trends, formats and platform tools to keep content fresh and culturally relevant while sharing insights with the team
• Support day-to-day channel management and monthly content calendar planning
• Track content performance and apply data insights to refine creative direction

Qualifications

• 3+ years of social media and content experience with proven hands-on TikTok and Instagram work in creator-style and elevated brand formats
• Strong video editing skills using CapCut or similar, plus comfort with mobile shooting and on-camera appearance
• Exceptional creative judgement, visual taste and commercial understanding of content that drives brand desire
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Confident using social reporting tools such as Dash Hudson to translate performance data into actionable insights
• Proactive, collaborative and growth-oriented mindset
• Genuine passion for the wellbeing, beauty or lifestyle category
• Flexibility to support events outside standard hours
• Experience with beauty, fragrance or wellbeing brands and UGC creators (desirable)
• Knowledge of paid social and creative testing frameworks (desirable)
