Lead EatClub’s international social media and content efforts by developing a dynamic strategy, creating engaging content, and fostering influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility and drive user growth in the food tech industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own EatClub’s global social media strategy across all major platforms
  • Build and lead a high-volume, high-quality social content engine across platforms and formats
  • Define and execute a clear creative vision that makes EatClub culturally relevant, distinctive, and shareable
  • Drive organic reach, engagement, and virality, with clear accountability to awareness and demand metrics
  • Develop and scale a creator and influencer ecosystem, from seeding to long-term partnerships
  • Continuously test content formats, hooks, narratives, and distribution strategies to identify scalable winners
  • Use data and platform insights to inform creative decisions, doubling down on what performs
  • Partner with Growth to integrate paid amplification and performance loops into social
  • Collaborate with Product and Lifecycle to align social with key product moments and feature launches
  • Build and manage external partners, creators, and production resources to scale output efficiently
  • Establish clear social playbooks and systems that can be deployed market-by-market
  • Act as a global brand steward, ensuring consistency while adapting to local cultural nuance

Qualifications

  • 6+ years experience in social, content, or creative roles, ideally in consumer tech, marketplaces, or culturally-driven brands
  • Proven track record of building or contributing to high-growth, high-engagement social channels
  • Strong instincts for culture, trends, and what makes content resonate at scale
  • Deep platform expertise across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging channels
  • Experience creating content yourself and/or directing creators and production teams
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable using performance metrics to guide creative decisions
  • Ability to balance speed and quality, operating at high volume without losing creative edge
  • Experience managing agencies, creators, or internal teams
  • Strong commercial awareness, understanding how social connects to brand and growth outcomes
  • High ownership mindset, bias for action, and comfort operating in ambiguity
