Key Responsibilities

• Lead social media growth strategy on key platforms
• Manage high-volume posting schedule of 200-300+ content pieces weekly
• Develop always-on content strategy emphasizing reach, relevance, engagement, and audience expansion
• Source, clip, edit, repurpose, and distribute content swiftly in various formats
• Create original social-optimized content distinct from traditional campaigns
• Establish scalable content systems from trends and footage
• Oversee content calendars, workflows, approvals, and publishing
• Analyze platform behaviors on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels
• Leverage paid social to boost top-performing content and funnel growth
• Collaborate with growth and creative teams for marketing alignment
• Conduct daily analytics reviews and optimize based on metrics like watch time, retention, CTR, shares, and conversions
• Spot and capitalize on trends promptly
• Integrate AI tools, automations, and workflows for efficiency
• Scale by managing freelancers, editors, creators, and community support
• Ensure brand quality amid high-speed, high-volume operations

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale social media or content operations
• Tangible results in audience growth, reach, engagement, traffic, or revenue
• In-depth knowledge of native performance drivers per platform
• Expertise in building systems for hundreds of weekly content assets
• Practical skills in editing, clipping, repurposing, and publishing
• Proficiency in combining organic and paid social strategies
• Experience with top-of-funnel growth and always-on approaches
• Track record managing freelancers, creators, editors, or juniors
• Familiarity with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, scheduling tools, and AI solutions
• Exceptional organization, pace, commercial insight, and performance focus
• Strong references from prior teams or employers
