- Manage high-volume posting schedule of 200-300+ content pieces weekly
- Develop always-on content strategy emphasizing reach, relevance, engagement, and audience expansion
- Source, clip, edit, repurpose, and distribute content swiftly in various formats
- Create original social-optimized content distinct from traditional campaigns
- Establish scalable content systems from trends and footage
- Oversee content calendars, workflows, approvals, and publishing
- Analyze platform behaviors on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels
- Leverage paid social to boost top-performing content and funnel growth
- Collaborate with growth and creative teams for marketing alignment
- Conduct daily analytics reviews and optimize based on metrics like watch time, retention, CTR, shares, and conversions
- Spot and capitalize on trends promptly
- Integrate AI tools, automations, and workflows for efficiency
- Scale by managing freelancers, editors, creators, and community support

- Familiarity with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, scheduling tools, and AI solutions
