Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across APAC markets
  • Plan and manage content calendars aligned with brand, campaign, and product priorities
  • Create platform-specific social strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Collaborate with brand, content, creative, and marketing teams
  • Support campaign launches, partnerships, product announcements, and brand storytelling
  • Analyse social performance metrics and deliver optimisation recommendations
  • Monitor social trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
  • Support community engagement and audience growth initiatives
  • Coordinate with designers, creators, agencies, and freelancers for asset delivery

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or content strategy
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, and performance metrics
  • Experience managing regional or APAC-focused campaigns preferred
  • Background in fintech, technology, consumer tech, finance, or high-growth startups
  • Ability to balance brand storytelling with performance-driven execution
  • Strong copywriting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using social analytics, scheduling, and reporting tools
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative, remote environments
