Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a cohesive creative editorial line across all Mila social channels
• Design innovative brand concepts positioning Mila as a bold thought leader
• Structure high-impact visual narratives including videos, campaigns, and mood boards
• Produce dynamic native content through advanced video editing and multi-platform design
• Manage the editorial calendar and execute daily social strategy
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, and external partners to ensure brand consistency
• Animate communities and conduct ongoing social listening
• Monitor cultural, technology, and digital marketing trends to inspire teams
• Generate performance reports, interpret results, and recommend continuous optimizations

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of social media management and content creation experience, ideally with a tech or creative brand
• Advanced proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, or mobile-first solutions
• Proven ability to create high-quality branded visuals meeting strict standards
• Native-level French and English bilingualism required for international audiences
• Agility to produce quality real-time content during live events
