Part-time role producing static assets and short-form videos to execute Sans’ social content strategy on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, reporting to the Associate Director of Brand Amplification.
Key Responsibilities
- Design static posts, carousels, and stories in Canva while following established brand guidelines
- Film, edit, and deliver 8-10 short-form videos per week (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) using CapCut and similar tools
- Adapt and repurpose existing assets across formats and platforms
- Collaborate on weekly content planning, creative reviews, and performance analysis with the Brand Amplification team
- Source and organize b-roll, product footage, and UGC for ongoing content needs
- Track platform trends and propose new formats, audio, and ideas to the team
- Maintain visual and tonal consistency across all social outputs
Qualifications
- Comfortable appearing on camera and filming/editing content independently
- Demonstrated Canva proficiency for building posts, carousels, and templates from scratch
- Hands-on experience editing short-form video in CapCut, InShot, or comparable tools
- Portfolio showcasing original social content (personal, client, academic, or freelance)
- Active creator-level familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Strong attention to visual detail, type hierarchy, and brand consistency
- Self-directed, organized, and able to deliver polished assets from briefs with minimal oversight
- Curious about social trends and what drives engagement on short-form platforms
- AI-assisted creative tools experience (e.g., ElevenLabs, HeyGen) is a plus
- Interest in wellness, home products, or DTC brands is a plus
