Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day social strategy and content direction for multiple clients
- Create original reactive and planned social concepts tailored to each brand and timely context
- Build and manage content calendars balancing campaign goals with cultural opportunities
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to commission and deliver content
- Handle community management and platform oversight on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and emerging channels
- Track, analyse and report on performance metrics, identifying insights to refine future activity
Qualifications
- 3–5 years experience in social media with previous large-agency exposure handling multiple accounts
- Strong viewpoint on effective social practice and readiness to advocate for it
- Quick reactive instincts with the ability to identify moments, formats and appropriate brand alignment
- Deep knowledge of platform specifics across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and new channels
- Proficient with CapCut: able to film, edit and deliver content rapidly
- Confident copywriting skills able to match brand voice
- Track record working with major brands and simultaneous account management
- Comfortable presenting ideas to clients and defending decisions
- Highly organised with capacity to manage concurrent workstreams
