Creative-first content role focused on developing and producing social assets from initial concept through final delivery across multiple brands and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop original content concepts including formats, treatments and shoot approaches from briefs
- Plan and execute shoots end to end including location, talent, props and equipment
- Shoot and self-direct short-form video, stills and other formats across iPhone and DSLR
- Edit platform-ready assets primarily using CapCut
- Stay ahead of content trends and proactively propose fresh ideas
- Collaborate with Social Media Managers and Editors to optimise content for each platform
Qualifications
- 3–5 years creating content, ideally across agency, brand or studio environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating range, ideas and execution
- Confident behind the camera across iPhone and DSLR or above
- Proficient in CapCut and Premiere Pro
- Strong ideation skills with ability to present concepts proactively
- Comfortable handling multiple briefs and brands simultaneously at pace
- Self-sufficient and proactive working style
- Experience with Adobe Suite, Photoshop or After Effects (nice to have)
- Basic lighting and audio kit knowledge (nice to have)
- Styling or art direction instincts (nice to have)
