Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Organic Social to implement monthly strategies for a client portfolio
- Manage the complete content process including ideation, planning, briefs, and writing
- Convert client objectives into platform-specific, audience-resonant content
- Monitor social trends and adapt them effectively for clients
- Transform long-form assets into compelling short-form social posts
- Generate innovative, pertinent content ideas regularly
- Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews and reporting
- Use insights from data to refine and enhance strategies
- Oversee posting schedules and comprehensive community interactions across platforms
- Handle responses to user interactions promptly and in line with brand voice to foster active communities
- Optionally create graphics or edit brief videos as required
Qualifications
- At least three years in social media management, preferably in agency settings with multiple clients
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering ongoing social strategies
