German Speaking Patient Support and Marketing Executive at Releaf, Remote in United Kingdom

A multifaceted position combining patient support and marketing duties targeted at the German market, serving as the primary liaison for German-speaking patients and aiding in marketing activities including social media management, content creation, translations, campaigns, and e-commerce efforts, with an increasing emphasis on marketing as operations expand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the central contact inbox using Front to address inquiries from patients, organizations, and partners
• Handle patient questions on delivery, refunds, payments, stock issues, and prescription requests
• Coordinate with pharmacies and serve as liaison between patients, pharmacies, and doctors for manual order resolutions
• Send apology messages and provide goodwill gestures as needed
• Respond to medication dosage and usage queries in collaboration with the clinical team
• Assist with stock updates alongside the Country Manager
• Document and escalate technical issues and order problems to IT and the Country Manager
• Oversee and expand Releaf’s social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, adhering to brand and compliance standards
• Develop and manage the German social content calendar
• Produce varied content formats such as reels, carousels, images, and stories, incorporating personal creativity within brand guidelines
• Submit design requests to the creative team through Monday.com for German-specific materials
• Identify and engage UGC creators and influencers in the German market
• Translate and adapt English communications, copy, and website content into German based on agreed timelines
• Update assets in line with evolving Releaf messaging for the German market
• Participate in campaign planning, highlight culturally significant German events and dates, and collaborate with the Country Manager for local relevance
• Monitor performance against KPIs, report on follower growth, content schedules, and future campaigns
• Schedule posts using SocialPilot as appropriate
• Aid in developing and launching the Releaf Accessories online store in partnership with the UK E-commerce Coordinator
• Track and reply to comments using Meta Business Suite
• Address reviews on Releaf DE’s Trustpilot page

Qualifications

• Full bilingual proficiency in English and German is required
