Content Operator at Assistantly, Remote in Mexico

Own strategy, production, and publishing of high-volume short-form content across Instagram, Facebook, and related platforms for creator-led brands, converting raw founder inputs into polished, on-brand assets that drive affiliate revenue and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily social content across Instagram Reels, carousels, Stories, and repurposed Facebook posts at a baseline of 12+ finished pieces per weekday, scaling toward 20+.
• Convert raw videos, b-roll, product lists, and voice notes into optimized, affiliate-focused assets that balance speed and quality.
• Design and refine repeatable production systems with AI-assisted workflows to improve content throughput and consistency.
• Manage publishing calendar, uploading, tagging, linking, and scheduling so all posts launch on time.
• Track performance metrics such as views, saves, shares, and affiliate revenue, then translate findings into content adjustments.
• Preserve consistent brand voice and visual identity across all deliverables.
• Coordinate with virtual assistants on asset organization, link tracking, and basic community support.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in social media, digital content, or creator-side roles with a track record of growing or operating meaningful accounts.
• Hands-on experience creating short-form content for fashion, beauty, wellness, or related consumer verticals.
• Proven ability to meet high daily output targets in a metrics-driven setting.
• Strong aesthetic judgment and platform trend awareness.
• Active, thoughtful use of AI tools for hooks, outlines, variants, and research while maintaining human tone.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to match and sustain an established brand voice.
• Based in Latin America.
• Experience with affiliate content strategy and link-driven performance tracking preferred.
• Familiarity with newsletter platforms or YouTube content support preferred.
