Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate effective creative plans for paid social platforms by studying high-impact ad trends, hooks, and styles.
  • Draft scripts and briefs that match campaign goals and audience data, working with media specialists to adapt performance insights into fresh concepts.
  • Explore content themes and assemble mood boards to diversify creative approaches.
  • Identify, instruct, and oversee UGC creators and performers, guiding shoots with input on style, rhythm, and narrative.
  • Sustain a steady flow of premium content for testing and distribution, including leading on-location productions.
  • Coordinate, assess, and finalize materials from external designers, creators, and firms.
  • Process and refine UGC videos from unedited clips to optimized versions, testing elements like openings, text, speed, and imagery to boost interaction and sales.
  • Generate personal content as needed for specific campaigns.
  • Evaluate creative results in paid and organic settings to spot successful elements.
  • Document insights and suggestions for continuous testing and strategy adjustments based on data, external influences, consumer trends, and objectives.
