Seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead both organic and paid efforts across three distinct B2B brands in a remote-first setting. The role owns strategy, content creation, community engagement, campaign execution, and performance analysis for LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and additional platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to distinct brand audiences and business goals
  • Own the content calendar, create daily posts, and manage publishing across platforms
  • Lead both organic and paid social campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions
  • Create, edit, and publish content including copy, visuals, and short-form video while maintaining brand consistency
  • Manage executive social media presence to support thought leadership
  • Engage with followers, build community, and provide social coverage for events and live posting
  • Write and distribute LinkedIn and company newsletters across social and email channels
  • Collaborate with Content, Creative, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams on aligned campaigns
  • Conduct market and competitor research, track KPIs, and optimize performance based on data insights
  • Provide guidance and mentorship within the team, support hiring processes, and help shape company culture
  • Handle on-call duties during peak periods and complete required travel (approximately 10–15%)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years managing social media accounts including LinkedIn, Facebook, X (YouTube, Reddit, Instagram a plus)
  • Proven success growing engagement, reach, and brand awareness via organic and paid strategies; B2B/Insurtech/SaaS background preferred
  • Experience with AI tools for content creation and efficiency; paid social campaign experience required
  • Proficiency in social media tools, analytics platforms, and best practices; ability to translate data into insights
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills across formats; project management and presentation capabilities
  • Basic design and video skills; comfort managing senior leadership social presence preferred
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot, Canva, Microsoft Suite, and other AI tools required
  • Must reside in Eastern or Central time zone; availability for twice-yearly in-person HQ visits
