- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality engaging content across platforms
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns
- Engage with online community by responding to comments and messages
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams for brand consistency
- Stay current on trends, tools, and best practices
- Manage social media advertising campaigns
- Develop and maintain social media calendars and content plans
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Social Media Manager or similar role with strong portfolio
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics
- Experience with tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social
- Ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights
- Creative thinker with strong content creation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
