Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of social channels on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Substack, and YouTube for UK and Germany markets, including planning, approval, and timely publishing.
  • Generate innovative content ideas by monitoring platform trends and aligning them with the brand’s voice and target audience.
  • Organize and execute content production sessions, including briefing participants, managing logistics, and ensuring materials align with brand standards.
  • Craft engaging captions, scripts, and posts tailored to each platform and audience segment.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to monitor and respond to interactions on platforms, adhering to brand protocols to enhance trust and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators weekly and monthly, delivering reports with insights, trends, and strategic recommendations, including weekly metrics on followers, engagement, reach, and content plans.
  • Partner with Content & Ecommerce, design, and other teams to integrate social efforts with broader marketing initiatives and business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proactive and creative mindset with ownership of social channels.
  • Confident, self-motivated professional skilled in rapid execution and audience building in regulated sectors.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience managing social media across multiple platforms, with proven growth in engaged communities.
  • Desirable background in healthcare, wellness, or regulated industries.
