Mid-senior Social Media Specialist role owning day-to-day execution across three linked brands: a legal marketing agency, a media brand for personal injury attorneys, and a founder personal brand. The position focuses on content scheduling, creation, community management, and operational coordination while the Social Media Manager handles strategy and performance oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Own project management and task pipelines in ClickUp or similar platforms for all three brands
- Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Facebook
- Execute content briefs with creative input while maintaining distinct brand voices
- Appear on camera weekly to produce video content and adapt tone across agency, media, and founder channels
- Coordinate production logistics including recording locations, call sheets, equipment, and approvals
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions within defined SLAs; escalate PR risks
- Perform daily follower hygiene, spam removal, and audience quality checks
- Repurpose long-form assets into platform-native formats and support cross-brand promotion
- Pull platform analytics and maintain reporting dashboards to flag performance shifts
- Track platform trends, cultural moments, and collaboration opportunities
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on social media experience in agency, in-house, or creator settings
- Proven ability to publish and manage content across multiple platforms and brands
- Comfortable on camera with regular video creation as part of workflow
- Strong written communication and brand voice adaptation skills
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Monday, Trello, or Asana
- Proactive ownership mindset, detail orientation, and ability to work with creative stakeholders
