Key Responsibilities
- Oversee social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, and Twitter/X, handling strategy development, content production, scheduling, and analytics reporting.
- Produce video content from ideation and filming to editing and distribution.
- Design content calendars that align with marketing campaigns, seasonal themes, and company objectives.
- Stay abreast of social trends and platform evolutions to ensure content remains innovative and engaging.
- Interact with community members by promptly addressing comments, messages, and mentions in an authentic, brand-consistent manner.
- Cultivate genuine connections with followers to enhance brand loyalty and community spirit.
- Source, evaluate, and oversee influencer collaborations, including gifting programs, content deliverables, and performance evaluation.
- Pursue opportunities for brand partnerships to boost visibility and expansion.
- Organize and implement social media giveaways from planning through execution.
- Assist PR activities such as media outreach, product distribution, and relationship building.
- Partner with internal teams on visual asset production like photoshoots.

Qualifications
- At least five years in social media management, content development, or comparable marketing positions, with experience from brands or agencies.

- Background in orchestrating influencer initiatives and community interaction efforts.
