Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi-platform social strategy aligned with product launches and campaigns.
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, engagement, and optimization while turning performance data into content adjustments.
  • Define and maintain brand voice, translating complex science into clear, relatable messaging.
  • Design and scale a structured creator and influencer program with performance-focused briefs.
  • Collaborate with paid media to identify and convert winning organic creatives into ads.
  • Build and manage the social team, creating SOPs, workflows, and training materials.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years managing social media for DTC, ecommerce, or consumer brands.
  • Proven success growing Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video platforms.
  • Experience developing and managing UGC creators and influencer programs.
  • Strong grasp of short-form content strategy including hooks, storytelling, and retention.
  • Skilled at building monthly content calendars and executing campaign launches.
  • Comfortable analyzing social metrics such as engagement rate, watch time, saves, shares, and CTR.
  • Ability to spot winning formats and iterate rapidly based on performance.
  • Experience partnering with paid media teams to scale organic winners into ads.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and brand-voice consistency skills.
  • Capable of translating complex topics into engaging content and providing creative direction.
