Lead social media efforts for a DTC oral health brand by building a scalable content system that drives awareness, trust, and revenue across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-platform social strategy aligned with product launches and campaigns.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, engagement, and optimization while turning performance data into content adjustments.
- Define and maintain brand voice, translating complex science into clear, relatable messaging.
- Design and scale a structured creator and influencer program with performance-focused briefs.
- Collaborate with paid media to identify and convert winning organic creatives into ads.
- Build and manage the social team, creating SOPs, workflows, and training materials.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years managing social media for DTC, ecommerce, or consumer brands.
- Proven success growing Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video platforms.
- Experience developing and managing UGC creators and influencer programs.
- Strong grasp of short-form content strategy including hooks, storytelling, and retention.
- Skilled at building monthly content calendars and executing campaign launches.
- Comfortable analyzing social metrics such as engagement rate, watch time, saves, shares, and CTR.
- Ability to spot winning formats and iterate rapidly based on performance.
- Experience partnering with paid media teams to scale organic winners into ads.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and brand-voice consistency skills.
- Capable of translating complex topics into engaging content and providing creative direction.
