The Social Media Manager leads the development, implementation, and refinement of social media initiatives to boost brand visibility, user interaction, and commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media plans that align with organizational branding and objectives
  • Generate original materials for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and X/Twitter, including brief videos, images, endorsements, and narrative visuals
  • Oversee content schedules to maintain regular postings
  • Craft tailored text for each platform that embodies the brand’s identity and encourages interaction
  • Utilize tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe software to design and modify content
  • Uphold uniform aesthetic and communication guidelines across all materials
  • Tailor content to suit platform algorithms and optimal practices
  • Observe and reply to user comments, direct messages, and references in a timely manner
  • Cultivate supportive and interactive online groups
  • Handle user feedback, content oversight, and interactions consistent with brand standards
  • Identify valuable leads from interactions and direct them to appropriate channels
  • Nurture connections with audience members, supporters, and collaborators
  • Manage online communities including groups or discussion areas
  • Monitor key metrics such as interaction rates, audience expansion, click-throughs, and sales conversions
  • Compile periodic reports featuring data analysis and strategic suggestions

  • Adhere to platform rules and internal guidelines
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and product groups to integrate social activities

Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years in social media oversight, online marketing, or content development
  • Demonstrated ability handling several social platforms at once
  • Portfolio showcasing effective content creation and quantifiable achievements
  • Fluent or advanced English skills in writing and speaking
  • Expertise in visual narratives and persuasive writing
  • Capacity to modify communication style for different platforms and demographics
  • Practical knowledge of primary social networks

  • Understanding of reporting and planning software
