Seeking a creative mid-level designer to craft compelling visual content for legal clients’ social media and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring brand elevation and engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop visually striking assets for digital marketing campaigns to maintain uniformity across all channels.
  • Produce tailored graphics for social platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and Instagram, adhering to legal professional standards to boost interaction and conversions.
  • Generate custom branded images for blogs, white papers, and newsletters to make intricate legal concepts accessible to audiences.
  • Design optimized display ads and social advertisements, refining based on analytics and testing outcomes.
  • Uphold and refine brand guidelines for law firms, delivering consistent and professional digital materials.
  • Support varied client projects including sales materials, email designs, and basic website adjustments.
  • Collaborate with writers and strategists to integrate visuals seamlessly into campaign stories.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of graphic design experience emphasizing digital and social media, with agency background preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent.
  • Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Impressive portfolio showcasing refined style and successful digital marketing visuals.
  • C1 level English proficiency for handling detailed briefs and U.S. team collaboration.
  • Precise attention to detail in elements like alignment, spacing, and branding.
  • Flexibility to adapt designs to diverse law firm styles in a dynamic setting.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently while upholding high standards.
