Key Responsibilities
- Ghostwrite authentic, voice-matched LinkedIn content for C-Suite executives to enhance personal branding and industry authority
- Develop and publish long-form content for the company LinkedIn page to boost brand awareness and B2B audience engagement
- Build and manage a content calendar consistent with company goals and go-to-market priorities
- Coordinate with department leads to identify topics, expertise, and timely subjects for the content pipeline
- Monitor LinkedIn performance metrics and use insights to optimize content strategy and posting schedule
- Maintain brand voice consistency across all LinkedIn content for executives and the company
- Keep up with LinkedIn best practices, algorithm updates, and B2B content trends
- Handle other assigned duties
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in B2B content marketing or social media management, focused on LinkedIn
- Proven ghostwriting skills in capturing and adapting tone and voice for various personalities
- Strong written communication abilities to simplify complex ideas into engaging content
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills for independent management of multiple content streams
- Knowledge of LinkedIn content formats, best practices, and engagement tactics
- Basic proficiency in content analytics and performance monitoring
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or startup writing environments preferred
