Develop and manage social media strategies and content for multiple platforms to promote client brands, grow engagement, and measure campaign performance in a fast-paced outsourcing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and additional platforms
- Create and schedule daily engaging text, image and video content that supports brand objectives
- Manage social media calendars and scheduling tools to maintain consistent posting cadence
- Monitor performance metrics including impressions, engagement, reach and website traffic; identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Track campaign KPIs and compile client-facing reporting in Google Sheets and Excel
- Stay current on social trends and determine appropriate company participation
- Monitor and respond to client engagement, moderating user-generated content when necessary
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure content remains informative and brand-aligned
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and similar platforms
- Demonstrated success growing social media audiences and aligning strategy with business goals
- Experience troubleshooting platform issues and creating various content formats (images, infographics, short-form video)
- Strong writing, editing, presentation and communication skills in English (C1 or higher)
- Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and graphic design software including Canva and Adobe Photoshop
- Solid knowledge of multiple online marketing channels and social analytics tools
- Excellent organizational, multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused mindset with positive attitude in dynamic environments
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
