The Associate Digital Manager position at Mast-Jägermeister US involves supporting the implementation of digital marketing initiatives across social media, email customer relationship management, and online retail channels, with an emphasis on boosting user acquisition, interaction, customization, and sales conversions, while reporting to the Director of Digital.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement digital marketing initiatives spanning organic social media, influencer partnerships, and email CRM systems.
- Develop and oversee project briefs, asset management, approvals, quality assurance for digital campaigns, and content publishing.
- Evaluate and authorize content, construct content schedules, supervise agency collaborations to meet deadlines, and facilitate feedback processes.
- Orchestrate multi-departmental reviews to guarantee regulatory adherence and brand uniformity.
- Oversee digital sweepstakes, including rule development, prize management, and logistics coordination.
- Lead cross-functional groups to maintain compliance, consistency, and a cohesive customer journey across platforms.
- Contribute to planning and rollout of organic social media approaches and influencer initiatives.
- Serve as primary liaison for agency collaborators on social media matters.
- Execute content plans, incorporate trending topics, and launch influencer engagements.
- Perform basic content creation, editing, community interactions, and user engagement on platforms like Meta, X, and YouTube, including occasional off-hours monitoring.
- Handle sweepstakes logistics, influencer materials, rules, prizes, and shipping for social programs.
- Monitor key performance indicators, apply optimizations, and track social and influencer developments.
- Advance acquisition and engagement via email CRM strategies.
- Act as daily contact for email service providers, supervise content production, editorial standards, quality checks, and brand voice alignment.
- Manage email sweepstakes and related logistics as above.
- Analyze email performance metrics and trends.
- Facilitate eCommerce efforts for apparel and direct-to-consumer sales to enhance acquisition and conversions.
- Administer platform updates on Shopify or equivalent, coordinate product photography, quality assurance, and content deployment.
- Arrange apparel distribution and assist with direct liquid product programs.
- Process internal billing and oversee budget alignments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, marketing, or advertising.
- 3–5 years of experience in social media, influencer management, community engagement, and email CRM.
- Preference for agency background; experience in consumer packaged goods or beverage-alcohol sectors advantageous.
- In-depth expertise in social platforms and analytics tools including Meta, X, YouTube, SEM, TikTok, and Sprinklr.
- Capability to convert data analytics into actionable insights.
- Superior writing and editorial abilities.
- Proficiency in visual content creation, design, photography, editing, and distribution.
- Organized, self-reliant, innovative, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Required software proficiency: Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Sprinklr or equivalents like Hootsuite/Sprout, Salesforce/Adobe for CRM, Google/Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Teams, Figma or Asana/Jira/Trello for project management, Canva or Adobe Suite for creative tasks.
