Support digital marketing execution with emphasis on social media strategy, content, and community engagement plus secondary contributions in eCRM and eCommerce for an established beverage brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute organic social, influencer, and eCRM programs including content calendars, publishing, and agency coordination.
- Manage daily community engagement and respond to users across Meta, X, and YouTube platforms, sometimes outside business hours.
- Oversee influencer activations, sweepstakes coordination, prizing, and shipment logistics.
- Support eCRM acquisition and engagement through campaign creative, copy, deployment, and performance monitoring.
- Handle eCommerce tasks such as Shopify/website updates, apparel promotion coordination, photography, and landing-page launches.
- Track KPIs, reconcile budgets, process invoices, and apply data insights to optimize campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, marketing, or advertising.
- 3–5 years of experience in social, influencer, community management, and eCRM; agency background preferred.
- Proficient with Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Sprinklr (or similar), Salesforce or Adobe eCRM tools, Google/Adobe Analytics, Figma, Microsoft Teams, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong writing, editorial, visual content, and design skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to translate analytics into actionable insights and manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced setting.
