Mid-senior marketing position responsible for building and executing the social and content strategy that strengthens brand visibility and connects the company’s mission with homeowners and the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
- Create, produce and schedule daily content including job-site photography, video walkthroughs, design reveals, time-lapses and behind-the-scenes stories.
- Collaborate with architecture, design and construction teams to translate technical milestones into engaging narratives.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, DMs and mentions with a consistent brand voice.
- Build and maintain an editorial content calendar aligned with project milestones, announcements and industry moments.
- Track performance analytics (reach, engagement, growth, lead attribution) and continuously optimize based on insights.
- Develop relationships with local influencers, media outlets and brand partners in construction, architecture and home design.
- Support recruiting and employer branding by showcasing company culture and innovative building practices.
- Stay current on social media trends, algorithm changes and best practices in construction and real estate.
- Oversee paid social campaigns in coordination with external marketing or agency partners.
- Collaborate with business development and project stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and approval workflows.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of social media management experience.
- 2+ years of social media or marketing experience within the construction industry.
- Hands-on experience managing brand social accounts on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, CapCut, Canva and Final Cut Pro.
- Experience managing paid social ads alongside organic content.
- Ability to produce weekly KPI and performance reports.
- Experience with content approval workflows and stakeholder collaboration.
- Existing network within LA’s architecture, design or real estate communities.
- English proficiency and U.S. work authorization.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
- Preferred: Familiarity with 3D rendering, digital twins or construction tech (Revit, BIM).
- Preferred: Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Preferred: Photography skills with DSLR or mirrorless camera setup.
