Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote healthcare initiatives, boost brand visibility, and foster community engagement via social media, email, paid ads, and website enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage multi-channel digital campaigns across social, search, email, and display to enhance brand awareness and engagement, including creating aligned campaign calendars.
- Plan and execute traditional offline marketing efforts such as print ads, radio, direct mail, and community placements, while developing promotional materials and coordinating with media vendors.
- Write, edit, and publish content for social platforms, emails, and websites, collaborating on visuals and maintaining consistent brand voice.
- Oversee social media operations on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including posting, engagement strategies, and timely responses to interactions.
- Track and analyze KPIs for campaigns, perform A/B testing, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize reach, conversions, and ROI.
- Optimize website content for SEO, collaborate with developers for user-friendly updates, and maintain landing pages aligned with marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, nonprofit, or mission-driven sectors.
- Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Proficiency with email marketing tools like Mailchimp and Constant Contact, and social media platforms like Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Strong writing and editing skills for digital content.
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
- Ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
