Create high-performing static, motion, and video assets for paid and organic social channels that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand loyalty across the full marketing funnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver performance-driven creative for paid channels including Meta, Google, TikTok and YouTube supporting awareness, consideration and conversion.
  • Produce engaging organic social content that aligns with brand voice using static, motion and short-form video formats.
  • Build and maintain modular performance marketing design systems that enable rapid creative iteration across funnel stages.
  • Adapt brand guidelines to balance upper-funnel brand storytelling with lower-funnel direct-response executions.
  • Ensure all creative meets brand, accessibility and quality standards while participating in creative reviews and QA.
  • Collaborate with growth, creative and brand teams on campaign objectives, content calendars and deliverables.
  • Manage timelines, versioning and deliverables across multiple campaigns and social channels.
  • Develop creative assets for landing pages, email and partner marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Stay current on platform trends and apply performance insights and emerging tools including AI to refine creative approaches.

Qualifications

  • 1–4+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing design or digital creative roles
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating paid and organic social creative work
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience producing static, animated and video creative for social platforms
  • Strong understanding of brand identity, typography, layout and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to balance brand storytelling with direct-response performance goals
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly with solid communication skills
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and digital best practices
  • BA/BFA in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Visual Communication or related field preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship and able to commute to the Philadelphia office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
