Automotive film manufacturer seeks a hands-on Marketing Specialist to manage day-to-day marketing execution. The role involves coordinating content, digital assets, events, and vendor communications to ensure consistent brand presence across channels and in-person engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, create, coordinate, and publish content across all social media platforms while maintaining brand voice and posting cadence
- Perform website updates including product information, promotional content, and general content management
- Act as the primary liaison between the facility and corporate marketing teams for approvals, assets, and deliverables
- Coordinate with vendors including creative agencies, printers, and photographers to deliver marketing materials on time and within budget
- Plan and manage trade show logistics including booth coordination, materials, travel, and on-site brand representation
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, engaging with customers, partners, and prospects
- Track and report basic marketing metrics across digital channels and events
- Support the sales team with marketing collateral, product one-pagers, and customer-facing materials
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on marketing execution experience in content, events, digital, or a combination
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency with social media platforms and content scheduling tools
- Comfortable using basic website content management systems
- Strong written communication skills with ability to produce clear, on-brand copy independently
- Experience coordinating trade shows, expos, or industry events from planning through on-site execution
- Experience managing vendor and third-party communications professionally
- Automotive aftermarket, specialty coatings, or related industry experience is advantageous
- Self-directed, resourceful, and collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
