Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement content strategies to boost follower growth, interaction levels, and email subscriptions across social platforms
  • Keep abreast of short-form video trends, algorithm changes, and new features to adapt strategies swiftly
  • Leverage ManyChat for enhancing user interactions, expanding email lists, and aiding product promotions
  • Experiment with various content types based on analytics for both e-commerce and talent-focused profiles
  • Create refined, brand-aligned visuals, Reels, and posts using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, and CapCut
  • Craft compelling, voice-consistent captions and integrate user-generated content seamlessly
  • Manage the content schedule and daily postings across platforms with accuracy
  • Coordinate with talent for Story content creation and ensure optimal engagement practices
  • Track and respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions in collaboration with customer support

Qualifications

  • Independent and proactive mindset without needing constant oversight
  • Current knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and platform optimizations

  • At least 5 years of strategy development for e-commerce or personality-based brands
  • Proven track record of growing a social profile to 100k followers
  • Expertise in producing social-optimized short-form videos focused on products
  • Enjoyment of routine audience interactions and engagement
  • High autonomy and exceptional written communication abilities
  • Integration of strategic vision with practical execution

  • High school degree required
