Join Block LLP as a Paid Social Specialist to spearhead paid acquisition efforts across multiple practice areas, managing over $100K in monthly spend mainly on Meta, in collaboration with the Director of Marketing and leadership team for full-cycle media buying, creative development, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop ad concepts targeting plaintiff pain points and emotional triggers for conversion in legal markets
- Write scripts and hooks for video and static ads in English and Spanish
- Direct internal or external production resources to execute creative ideas
- Launch and manage structured tests in Meta Ads Manager with defined hypotheses
- Scale successful campaigns methodically based on performance data
- Optimize campaigns using key metrics tied to business results
- Build repeatable systems, dashboards, and automate operations with AI
- Manage full Meta ad account including structure, audiences, creative, and budgets
- Handle Google Ads encompassing LSA, Search, and Display
- Oversee entire creative pipeline from concept to iteration
- Implement attribution and reporting via HubSpot or equivalent, linking to outcomes
- Execute English and Spanish campaigns for Southern California markets
- Provide weekly reports to leadership on results and plans
- Ensure compliance with platform regulations and stay updated on changes
- Utilize AI for creative, scripting, management, reporting, and automation
Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on media buying with significant spend in high-CPL lead generation
- Legal advertising experience preferred, optimizing for qualified plaintiffs
- Proven script and hook writing with performance examples
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager: structure, pixel, CAPI, audience strategy
- Solid Google Ads knowledge including LSA and Search
- Proficiency in CRM and attribution tools like HubSpot, Hyros, or similar
- Experience using AI in creative production, scripting, and automation
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills advantageous
- Focus on business outcomes, reverse-engineering CPL for revenue targets
- Comfortable with direct feedback and accountability culture
