Key Responsibilities

  • Write scripts and hooks for video and static ads in English and Spanish

  • Launch and manage structured tests in Meta Ads Manager with defined hypotheses

  • Manage full Meta ad account including structure, audiences, creative, and budgets
  • Handle Google Ads encompassing LSA, Search, and Display

Qualifications

  • 3+ years hands-on media buying with significant spend in high-CPL lead generation

  • Proven script and hook writing with performance examples
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager: structure, pixel, CAPI, audience strategy
  • Solid Google Ads knowledge including LSA and Search
  • Proficiency in CRM and attribution tools like HubSpot, Hyros, or similar
  • Experience using AI in creative production, scripting, and automation
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills advantageous
  • Focus on business outcomes, reverse-engineering CPL for revenue targets
  • Comfortable with direct feedback and accountability culture
