Own and grow organic social channels and community for a premium DTC meat snack brand launching in the US. Partner with the marketing team to set channel strategy and develop distinctive organic content while building engaged customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit and X using a weekly content calendar
- Manage community engagement by replying to comments and DMs, surfacing UGC and identifying potential brand advocates
- Create and maintain a library of reusable content formats, hooks, CTAs and sequences while refreshing based on performance
- Collaborate with the paid growth team to feed organic winners into paid testing and apply paid insights back to organic
- Conduct regular social listening across channels and category to surface content ideas and product feedback
- Write on-brand captions, scripts and copy that maintains the established brand voice without generic defaults
- Own weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting covering performance, channel health, community growth and strategy alignment
- Contribute to channel strategy discussions alongside the Head of Brand for all active and planned platforms
Qualifications
- 2-4 years running organic social and community for a consumer brand
- Strategic approach with ability to articulate rationale behind every channel choice and post
- Strong brand guardian who applies voice and philosophy consistently without reinterpretation
- Skilled at both shooting native iPhone content and briefing videographers with scripts and shot lists
- Fluency across TikTok and Instagram with clear point of view on Facebook, YouTube, Reddit and X
- Comfortable reading and acting on analytics to refine content plans
- Accurate, original writer who avoids AI-generated copy
- Responsive to direct feedback and able to iterate quickly in collaborative team environment
