The Local Marketing Manager role requires a creative and commercially-minded individual to build Treatwell’s brand presence across Belgium and Netherlands through campaigns, community work, social media and content.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive local brand awareness and consideration via targeted marketing campaigns for salon owners and stylists
- Manage local Instagram accounts with focus on creating engaging UGC-style content in partnership with salons
- Identify and execute opportunities for brand presence at industry events, trade shows and partner activations
- Build relationships with key associations, influencers and partners in Belgium and Netherlands
- Create meaningful connections with salons through online and offline content, meetups and community initiatives
- Produce social, newsletter, case study and webinar content aligned with Treatwell’s brand
- Communicate key updates to salon partners in engaging ways that drive advocacy and growth
Qualifications
- Fluent written and spoken Dutch and English
- Experience in community management, local marketing, social media or content creation
- Strong content creation skills, especially UGC and social-first creative for paid advertising
- Commercial mindset with understanding of content’s role in lead generation and sales
- Hands-on experience managing Instagram
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Creative and resourceful, with passion for the beauty and wellness industry
