Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of social channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring content scheduling aligns with the brand calendar and adapts to platform audiences.
  • Maintain uniform brand voice, aesthetics, and positioning in all posts.
  • Develop platform-optimized content such as photos and videos covering products, training sessions, expeditions, and community highlights.
  • Produce behind-the-scenes materials and edit concise video formats for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.
  • Collaborate with creative and brand teams to execute rapid campaign deliveries.
  • Handle community engagement through prompt responses to interactions, DMs, and comments while upholding brand standards.
  • Cultivate and moderate the Facebook community to encourage meaningful dialogues among supporters.
  • Foster connections with influential community members and identify potential collaborators aligned with brand values.
  • Monitor and capitalize on timely cultural opportunities for brand engagement.
  • Analyze metrics like reach, engagement, follower increases, and conversions to inform content adjustments based on trends and data.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years in a social media position, preferably in apparel, performance, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Profound knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including effective content strategies for each.
  • Keen visual sense for identifying high-performing content and understanding its drivers.
  • Proficiency in content production and editing using tools like iPhone, Adobe Suite, or CapCut.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle fast-paced environments and multiple tasks.
  • Commercial mindset recognizing social media’s role in enhancing brand equity and generating revenue.
  • Passion for performance, endurance, or outdoor activities.
