Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of social channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring content scheduling aligns with the brand calendar and adapts to platform audiences.
- Maintain uniform brand voice, aesthetics, and positioning in all posts.
- Develop platform-optimized content such as photos and videos covering products, training sessions, expeditions, and community highlights.
- Produce behind-the-scenes materials and edit concise video formats for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.
- Collaborate with creative and brand teams to execute rapid campaign deliveries.
- Handle community engagement through prompt responses to interactions, DMs, and comments while upholding brand standards.
- Cultivate and moderate the Facebook community to encourage meaningful dialogues among supporters.
