• Support Social Lead in delivering social plans across channels
• Plan and execute day-to-day social activity including trade requests, priorities, and reactive moments
• Maintain overview of upcoming activity to capture key dates and opportunities
• Integrate social into brand campaigns and launches
• Oversee content calendars for operational efficiency
• Collaborate with Junior Social Content Manager on plan execution
• Align organic and paid strategies with Paid Social team
• Identify opportunities to boost organic content via paid media
• Provide performance insights for planning and investments
• Build and maintain platform partner relationships (e.g., Pinterest, Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
• Monitor platform developments, features, and opportunities
• Aid in planning platform betas, launches, and innovations
• Own reporting cadences, dashboards, and performance tracking
• Ensure consistent measurement and governance
• Deliver regular reports on performance, campaigns, and competitors
• Identify inefficiencies and improve workflows
• Continuously enhance planning and processes

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social media, digital, or marketing operations
• Strong knowledge of social platforms’ performance and operations
• Experience with reporting, data, and metrics
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced settings
• Strong stakeholder management and communication
• Experience with platform partners or agencies preferred
