Lead social media strategy and execution for boohooMAN across Instagram, TikTok and other platforms, driving engagement, cultural relevance and commercial performance while managing a team and reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own social media strategy across all major and emerging platforms
- Create social plans supporting campaigns, product launches and cultural moments
- Lead development of social-first content and oversee content calendars
- Provide creative direction for shoots and champion innovative formats
- Lead, develop and motivate the social media team
- Oversee community management and engagement strategy
- Collaborate with Influencer and PR teams on partnerships and activations
- Own performance reporting, analysis and KPI tracking across channels
- Conduct competitor analysis and deliver actionable insights
Qualifications
- Experience in social media, digital marketing or content marketing within fashion, retail or fast-paced consumer brands
- Proven experience managing and developing a social media team
- Strong understanding of major social platforms and best practices
- Track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies
- Excellent knowledge of content creation, social-first storytelling and short-form video
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into action
- Experience working with influencers and external partners
- Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills
- Commercial awareness and creative thinking with passion for fashion and trends
