We are hiring a creative and culturally connected Social Media & Partnerships Manager to lead our organic social strategy, content creation, community engagement, and partnerships program, helping grow Freddie’s Flowers into the top destination for flower enthusiasts across the UK and Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve our social channel strategy with a primary focus on Instagram and TikTok alongside secondary platforms
• Own and manage the UK & DE social calendar to align content with wider marketing and brand initiatives
• Develop content pillars and creative concepts that establish a distinctive Freddie’s Flowers presence
• Create engaging social-first content in collaboration with the in-house creative team
• Partner with the Founder’s social channels and performance marketing team for aligned, consistent messaging
• Manage daily community engagement and respond to comments across channels
• Track, analyse and report channel performance to drive test-and-learn improvements
• Stay ahead of platform trends and emerging formats to keep content fresh and distinctive
• Help build engaged online and offline community through events and positive experiences
• Support the Brand Director in developing partnerships, events and collaborations with like-minded brands and creators

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ experience in social media for a lifestyle, culture or consumer brand
• Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, formats and storytelling
• Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver ideas into reality
• Strong creative instincts and ability to produce engaging content at pace
• Experience filming, editing and producing short-form video content
• Confident using CapCut, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong social analytics and performance reporting skills
• Excellent copywriting and editorial instincts
• Previous event production experience preferred
• Genuine passion for community-building, creativity, culture and flowers
