Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of the ‘Love That’ social series and additional campaigns, including planning and execution
- Facilitate coordination between internal groups such as creative, product, production, social, and design teams, plus external collaborators to meet deadlines and outputs
- Create and oversee project schedules and resource distribution
- Monitor engagement metrics, performance data, and campaign results, delivering periodic updates and improvement suggestions
- Identify issues and implement forward-thinking fixes to maintain project momentum
- Act as primary liaison with talent representatives for the ‘Love That’ initiative
- Collaborate with business units to verify accuracy of products featured in ‘Love That’
