• Serve as an on-camera face of Fuse delivering ideas, hooks and a distinctive point of view
• Create, shoot and edit short-form content at speed with internal support when required
• Research references, brief videographers and editors, and plan carousels
• Write clear briefs for graphic designers on visual assets
• Manage community engagement through comments and DMs
• Invent formats and characters that shape how the outside world perceives Fuse

Qualifications

• Strong ideation skills with proven instinct for what performs on TikTok and Instagram
• Magnetic on-camera presence demonstrated through live testing
• Comfortable shooting and editing short-form content independently
• Fast-moving, internet-native creator mindset
• Ability to develop an original angle unique to Fuse
