The Marketing Executive position entails assisting the marketing team in executing comprehensive B2B campaigns, producing content, handling digital platforms, coordinating events, and supporting sales initiatives in a technology-focused organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Aid in implementing integrated B2B marketing campaigns via digital platforms, email, social media, and events
- Develop and distribute concise marketing materials such as social posts, blog entries, campaign emails, and customer updates
- Oversee Charterhouse’s social media presence by planning content, scheduling posts, tracking engagement, and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn
- Create basic visual assets including social tiles, email graphics, and promotional items adhering to brand standards
- Help manage the marketing content calendar and social media scheduling
- Update website elements like blogs, landing pages, case studies, and campaign sections
- Assist in organizing internal and external events such as webinars, partner gatherings, customer discussions, and industry conferences
- Handle event logistics including invitations, registrations, attendee management, materials preparation, and follow-up communications
- Oversee marketing merchandise by managing orders, inventory, and distribution for events and campaigns
- Contribute to product and solution marketing through sales materials, messaging, and campaign resources
- Support HubSpot operations by constructing email campaigns, building lists and segments, handling workflows, and ensuring data integrity
- Maintain marketing database through data cleansing, segmentation, and contact management
- Monitor the marketing inbox, address inquiries, and facilitate follow-ups as required
- Track and report on campaign performance for digital efforts and events
- Facilitate internal communications regarding campaign progress, content releases, and marketing projects
- Provide administrative and coordination support to meet campaign and project deadlines
- Assist in preparing award entries and other efforts to enhance organizational reputation
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, technology, IT, SaaS, or professional services sectors
- Proficiency in producing digital content, social media updates, and brief marketing texts
- Fundamental design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalents for social and marketing visuals
- Knowledge of HubSpot or comparable marketing automation systems
- Experience updating website content via a content management system
- Strong written and oral communication abilities
- High level of detail orientation with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Effective collaboration skills with marketing, sales, and internal teams
