Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and manage content calendars covering campaigns, podcasts, events, and community initiatives.
  • Produce and publish compliant, high-quality content including graphics, videos, and copy across key platforms.
  • Define target audiences and tailor messaging to maximise reach and interaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align content with overall brand and regulatory goals.
  • Handle community management by responding promptly and professionally to comments and messages.
  • Cultivate relationships with influencers, affiliates, ambassadors, and industry partners.
  • Track performance metrics, compile reports, and refine campaigns using data insights.
  • Monitor emerging trends, platform updates, and sector regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of social media management experience, ideally within healthcare.
  • Proven creative skills with a portfolio of engaging social content.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and related content tools.
  • Hands-on experience publishing across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other major networks.
  • Solid grasp of social best practices, trends, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Track record managing influencer partnerships and affiliate programmes.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Competent at analysing performance data and turning insights into optimisation actions.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-focused and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
