Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and manage content calendars covering campaigns, podcasts, events, and community initiatives.
- Produce and publish compliant, high-quality content including graphics, videos, and copy across key platforms.
- Define target audiences and tailor messaging to maximise reach and interaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align content with overall brand and regulatory goals.
- Handle community management by responding promptly and professionally to comments and messages.
- Cultivate relationships with influencers, affiliates, ambassadors, and industry partners.
- Track performance metrics, compile reports, and refine campaigns using data insights.
- Monitor emerging trends, platform updates, and sector regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of social media management experience, ideally within healthcare.
- Proven creative skills with a portfolio of engaging social content.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and related content tools.
- Hands-on experience publishing across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other major networks.
- Solid grasp of social best practices, trends, and audience engagement tactics.
- Track record managing influencer partnerships and affiliate programmes.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
