We are hiring a Social Media Strategist who will fully own elasticStage’s organic social presence and transform it into the company’s leading growth channel by shaping brand voice, content, and community engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full organic social strategy and content calendar on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Create and commission scroll-stopping content that drives engagement, creator sign-ups, and orders.
  • Define and evolve social voice, visual aesthetic, and posting rhythm for consistent brand presence.
  • Build and engage a high-quality community of artists, labels, and music fans through conversations and DMs.
  • Identify, pitch, and manage creator and influencer partnerships to generate authentic platform advocacy.
  • Convert social engagement into measurable impact through referral traffic, sign-ups, and sales.
  • Track and optimise performance across follower growth, engagement, reach, and revenue-related metrics.
  • Collaborate with SEO, marketing, and product teams to align social content with broader initiatives.
  • Surface community insights to inform content, outreach, and product improvements.
  • Monitor platform trends and cultural moments to adapt quickly and stay ahead.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years hands-on social media strategy and execution experience with proven viral content success.
  • Deep expertise in Gen Z-native growth tactics including trending audio, memes, and short-form video.
  • Track record of driving sign-ups, onboardings, orders, and revenue from social channels.
  • Experience securing and managing creator and influencer partnerships in music or niche communities.
  • Strong data skills with GA4, platform insights, link tracking, attribution, and social SEO signals.
  • Killer creative instincts for 2026 internet culture and exceptional storytelling abilities.
  • Genuine passion for independent music, creators, and the vinyl/CD scene.
  • Bonus: hands-on short-form video production, deep music industry knowledge, basic SEO understanding.
