The Social Media & Community Executive oversees daily operations of NEOM’s international social media platforms, cultivates community growth, and delivers engaging content to strengthen brand authenticity in the wellness and beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle social content planning, craft compelling copy, and schedule posts on organic channels to implement the social strategy effectively.
- Generate and implement trend-driven, brand-aligned content ideas that resonate culturally.
- Provide briefs to designers and assist in producing content for organic, paid, and CRM purposes, including adaptations for specific platforms.
- Produce content on and off camera, participating in photoshoots and brand events.
- Oversee daily community interactions on key platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, managing DMs, comments, UGC, and blending community with customer support.
- Administer the Global Facebook Group and Instagram Broadcast Channel, handling planning, copywriting, and moderation.
- Analyze sentiment, gather insights, and report themes to guide content and business strategies.
- Monitor and report social and community metrics to drive growth and improvements.
- Pre-launch products and collaborate with ambassadors and creators for campaigns and genuine endorsements.
- Organize community events, covering planning, execution, logistics, and follow-up.
- Assist the Senior Brand & Social Content Manager in managing a community panel for customer feedback to Product Development.
- Coordinate administrative tasks like creator payments, product distribution, and liaison with Design, PR, CRM, and Wellbeing Hub teams.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years in social media, demonstrating channel management and platform-specific content creation.
- Proven track record in developing and maintaining active online communities on various platforms.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in editing short-form videos like TikToks and Reels using tools such as CapCut.
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting platforms like Dash for performance evaluation and insights.
- Ability to contribute to creative guidance while executing tasks independently.
- Energetic, initiative-taking, and flexible in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
- Team-oriented with an optimistic, development-focused approach and readiness to contribute hands-on.
