Seeking a creative and community-focused Social Media & Community Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of NEOM Wellbeing’s global social channels from the London or Harrogate office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create and schedule organic social content, reacting to real-time trends and cultural moments.
  • Produce and edit platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, appearing both in front of and behind the camera.
  • Handle daily community management across all channels, including the Global Facebook Group and Instagram Broadcast Channel.
  • Monitor sentiment, track KPIs and deliver actionable insights to Brand, Product and Marketing teams.
  • Build relationships with engaged community members and advocates to drive participation and user-generated content.
  • Plan and host in-store and external community events, supporting influencer experiences with PR.
  • Collaborate with Design, PR, CRM and the Wellbeing Hub to maintain brand consistency.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of Social Media experience.
  • Comfortable balancing directional input with hands-on execution.
  • Proven experience editing TikToks and Reels using CapCut or similar tools.
  • Collaborative approach with a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
  • Experience building and nurturing online communities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in social reporting tools such as Dash Hudson or equivalent.
  • Genuine passion for wellbeing, beauty or lifestyle sectors and enthusiasm for the NEOM brand.
