Eden, a digital-first conveyancing firm, is seeking a PR & Social Executive to establish and lead their social media, PR, and influencer initiatives. In this new role, you will shape the brand’s voice, increase awareness among first-time homebuyers, and strengthen B2B partnerships, driving audience growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Eden’s social media channels comprehensively, including planning, content creation, scheduling, measurement, and audience expansion.
- Develop engaging content such as concise copy, branded visuals, and short-form videos.
- Handle daily community management by responding to comments and messages to foster audience connections.
- Initiate and oversee the influencer program, including partner selection, outreach, and relationship management.
- Direct paid social campaigns by creating media plans, defining audiences, producing assets, tracking performance, and optimizing through testing.
- Formulate and execute the PR strategy, involving press release writing, story development, securing media coverage, and ensuring key audiences are informed.
- Cultivate and expand journalist relationships, manage media inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in social media, PR, and content creation, preferably spanning B2C and B2B sectors.
- Excellent writing skills with clarity, conciseness, and adaptability to various platforms and audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and oversee social channels and content calendars.
- Practical expertise in drafting press releases and pitching stories to journalists.
- Background in influencer marketing, from partner identification to campaign execution.
- Proficiency in producing self-created assets like graphics and short-form videos.
- Strong organizational skills and proactivity in handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
