Key Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful motion graphics that animate the brand for paid, organic, web, app, and product applications, ensuring emotional impact and effectiveness
• Handle end-to-end creation from concept to final output, including storyboarding, animation, editing, and sound design
• Design engaging content optimized for social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts to capture attention and drive interactions
• Integrate beauty themes with performance metrics to create ads and brand films that deliver strong results and lasting appeal
• Adapt motion systems for scalability across 15 markets, maintaining local relevance while preserving brand integrity
• Operate in a fast-paced setting with quick iterations, testing, learning, and refining work continuously

Qualifications

• Over 2 years of motion design experience with a compelling portfolio or showreel demonstrating impactful work
• Proficiency in storytelling, design principles, and mastery of rhythm, timing, and flow in animations
• Expertise in After Effects; additional skills in 3D, editing, or sound design are advantageous
• Background in creating content for performance-driven channels, social media, web, and product interfaces
• Keen awareness of trends, attention to detail, and intuitive understanding of audience engagement
• Collaborative mindset with skills in presenting concepts, incorporating feedback, and enhancing team outputs
• Adaptability to a dynamic, high-growth environment focused on internal brand development
• Portfolio must showcase motion work such as transitions, typography, edits, and animations for ads, social content, or brand films
